2014 Fender Rumble Help Needed

Alright guys, I'm just wondering if anyone out there with experience with the new 2014 Fender Rumble amps would be able to help me get the best possible sound out of one. I'm currently using the Rumble 200 Combo, and I would like to know what the best settings are for a round, bright and clear tone. I'm definitely struggling to find it myself :(

If you're experiencing what many of us have, you need to lower the bass and raise both your mids. I have a 500 and 115 can and I drop the bass to about 10:00-10:30. I read that suggestion here in TB and it made a big difference in lessening the boom. Then I raise the lower and upper mids to 1:00-2:00, depending on the room. I usually leave the treble at noon.

I either run it without clean or with the vintage button in, but as you may have heard, it changes the tone structure quite a bit.

The gain is purely a boost so try running without it and use your volume control only. Then if you want to warm up the lows add gain to taste. I tend to run it 8:00-9:00.

Give that a try, maidenbass, and let us know if that helps any. I played through the 200 combo first and can attest it's got done booty! Harness that bottom end and you'll be surprised how nice it'll clean up.
