21st Century Breakdown???

I dunno if theres a thread about this thats been here already, bu a quick search told me no there wasnt (even though the search function doesnt like me )

But is anyone (else) excited about the new album by Green Day?

I'm personally not too excited about the whole concept of...well... a concept album, or another one anyway. But I love Green Day and am still excited for their new release. Even if its not amazing (and it probably wont be) I'll still enjoy it i think.

Anyone else's thoughts/opinions on this?

Green Day may be the ONLY band i listen to that i can listen to every song. They just dont write bad stuff! It's all catchy/interesting in one way or another. As much as i didnt want to see another concept album, im sure it will still be good. I didnt like the idea of one for American Idiot, but here i am listening to it years later..

And even if it does blow (don't think it will, but lets talk hypothetically)

They still put on a killer show, and I'm going to see them in july!!!!

So they will impress me one way or another
