I don't really have any brand loyalties and why people remain loyal to brands whose levels of quality and service have fallen below any acceptable standards is beyond my comprehension.

That being said, for me, 3 brands that I've had great products and service from and would buy from again without hesitation are:


Ernie Ball/Musicman
Bergantino
Intense Cycles

However, if their quality and/or customer service slipped significantly, I'd look elsewhere pretty fast as is my right as a consumer.
