3 Pickup wiring question

Wiring up a buddies 3 pickup SG and was wondering if I can retain the two volume two tone set up with a on/off/on switch that sends the middle pickup to the bridge vol/tone or the neck vol/tone depending on what they're trying to do? Would this cause issues of any kind?
Oh, each humbucker will already be coming out of on/on/on switches for series/parallel/split with the neck going into another on/on for phase/out of phase
 
Well I still think it’s a bad idea. Better to have unused holes than an overly-complicated wiring harness.

Unless that’s what the customer wants?
 
And my preferred setup for three pickups is a single master volume with a Freeway Switch:
