I (strangely) do not, although it sounded great with fuzz. I do have clips of it with an octaver.
I have an Iron Ether Xerograph on the way, and that coupled with my Source Audio Bass Envelope Filter is what got me to sell my 3Leaf. I don't have the room for three filters on my board, and the combination of the versatility of the digital S.A. pedal and the expression sweepable analog Xerograph gave them enough of an edge over the 3Leaf. That being said, if I were to only use one envelope filter and didn't want a wide range of different envelope sounds, the 3Leaf would be the one envelope I'd choose. It really excels at thick, warm analog filter sounds without being too resonant (no big spikes).
Well, the reason I asked is because I want one to generate a nice thick bass synth sound in combo with my Goose or one of my Muffs, I was planning ordering a loaded Iron ether, but may this peaked my interest.
Did you run the fuzz in the loop?

TB'er Grygrx used a fuzz near the end of his video review to demonstrate the effects loop:

Actually, I just looked and I did sample the 3Leaf with a fuzz for a brief moment in my demo of it. Starts at about 9:00- not the best sound quality.
I didn't use the loop at all as I preferred to be able to keep my fuzz on or off separately.
Really love these pedals. Might have to get one along with a fuzz of some sort to get a real synth kinda thing going on. At that kinda price, will have to wait til I have some more important gear though. I'll miss the sale by a long time! Not that it makes much difference to me. I'd have to pay a ton on delivery and customs charges by the time it got over here. eBay might be my better choice. ;]

You have to understand...I am the least funkiest man on this board. I don\t slap and I rarely pop and I come from a eighth note pumping, metal back ground. Never done the filter thing before. it's uncharted territory. But I do like the synthy sounds.

When I want a change of pace, I hit bluegrass. There are some murder ballads out there that would fit right into the black metal scene lyric wise.

The flexibility with this filter's tones is amazing, even more so if you put a fuzz or subtle overdrive in front of it. Then there's the effects loop, small footprint, top-mounted jacks, filter sweep toggle, etc.

2 questions:
- what is the advantage of the send/return fx loop. i don´t understand the difference putting an other pedal in chain before/after the GR instead?
- @Spencer: does the summer sale indicate GR V2.0?

The Groove Regulator detects the signal present at the "IN" jack, but filters the signal present at the "FX RETURN" jack. This is useful when using effects like fuzz that kill the dynamics of your signal. With a fuzz in the effects loop, the Groove Regulator is triggered by your clean tone, but it filters the signal with the fuzz added. With the fuzz placed before the filter, the filter has trouble detecting the envelope of the compressed fuzz signal and won't open and close properly. With the fuzz after the filter, the fuzz ruins the filter's sweep effect.

I'm having the sale because last year I noticed that my sales slowed way down in the summer months. I'm trying to be proactive about that this year.
The explanation above as to why there is an effects loop is EXACTLY what happened with my Bass Big Muff Pi. Didn't like it before or after, but in the loop everything changes and magic happens! I think it is a terrific feature on my favorite filter.
