I'd love to try one myself.MTD 5 string, neck through. I have always wanted something built by Mike Tobias

Same here and I'm not sure I want to know either.Man, I can only imagine what he charges for a neck through.
Same here, but I've owned and played so many now I have a very good idea what I want and like, so less concerned,And afraid I would drop the cash on something I have never played and then not like it.
... so I'm going to make some of my own and see if I can get them prefect for me.I have some great basses but never had something made for me from scratch.
If that purple one in the centre was the same colour as my avatar, I'd have one.Other than that, I’m good.
That would be nice .If that purple one in the centre was the same colour as my avatar, I'd have one.
1. Skjold Firedrake or Skjold Griffin. Given how very close I came to grabbing one off his facebook feed this year (the blue/maple firedrake headless a couple months back) I think it's going to happen sooner rather than later. Premeditated impulse buying is a real thing.
Here's some progress photos I got from Pete!Interested to see the Skjold when it's done! Don't think I've seen a Whaleback 4 before.
