5 or 6 string parts basses with good upper fret access?

Hey everyone. I'm kinda thinking about putting a parts bass together, but the issue is places like Warmoth and USAGC all have terrible upper fret access past like fret . Does anyone know of a company that makes parts for basses that you let you actually reach the upper stuff?

I can't think of any. Even if the lower bout is cut away fairly deep the neck block is usually blocky and in the way. It's hard enough finding a manufactured 6-string with great upper fret access...

The issue.
Most parts basses are based on the Fender design.
And Fenders aren't designed for upper fret access.
Especially four stringers.

Once you start getting into five and sixers do you get upper fret access.
But there aren't many parts five and six string kits.
