Anybody know where I could get some?

Ebay has these....

looks kinda wierd to me - $20 bucks for a pup?

I'm gassing really bad for a 5-string P Bass and will probably have warmoth make me one of theirs un routed, and then take it to a lutheir with my pups and say here! put these in there for me :D

but yeah, any help finding some P-style pups for a 5er would be great

I'm also considering which preamps to put in there, I think an audre would be nice. I want vol/bass/mid w/selectable frequency/treble controls
any suggestions there?

You can always use Nordie or Bartolini. Both make decent P5 p/ups. I've used both and love 'em!

FWIW, my current P/J 5 has a Nordie P in in it.

And the Nordie and Bart are ths same size rout as a standard "P", so you can use a regular "P" pickguard. That's what I'm doing on mine.

Bill Lawrence also makes an excellent pickup for P bass that will handle 4, 5 or 6 strings and fits in a standard P bass routing. Then you can get Warmoth to use their standard P bass routing.
