5 string P-bass with a 1 & 3/4 nut?

Just curious if anyone knows of a p style five with a 1 & 3/4 nut width and 17-18mm bridge spacing?

Was thinking about dropping a P pickup into a Stingray 5 — but that seems like an expensive experiment! LOL

Thanks!

Ibanez Mezzo has a 32" scale five that is 45mm at the nut, with 18 mm string spacing. I've only played one a couple times. (a friends) It is a solid, well playing, good sounding bass. All that and easy on the wallet. They list for $379.99.

I see where you're going and I get your work-around.
You can try the less-expensive Used Ray35 option… it'll save you at least a grand, and not really have to work around the original idea.

The 5 strings are 18mm at the bridge. And they have nicer ones as well: BB735A and BBP35.
@Joelc73 my search for a P5 ended with the BB735A :thumbsup: 1.7"/1 11/16"/43mm nut, ~18mm string spacing.
