5-string tuning

Hey all. I'm looking at picking up a five string Ibanez, and I wanted to tune it E-A-D-G-C.

I know they usually come B-E-A-D-G, and I was wondering if it was going to cause any major issues, aside from doing the given action/truss/intonation/string gauge tweaks.

There's also the issue of whether you will have to change the nut if it's set up for BEADG. You don't want either your E or C string flopping around in slots cut for a larger diameter string. If you haven't played a C string, you may not like the diameter or the tone. Depends on how much you use the C.
