Hi, new here and new to bass. I am getting a 6-string. I guess an old beginner shouldn't take up such a monster. But what can I say? I was influenced by 6-stringers in YouTube, and I must try it out =) Have experience with violin and piano. So, I may be able to play the bass soon, no? I will probably need a lot of help because I don't have any friends in this field. I am glad to find talkbass forum.
