Not exactly but before I ended up getting it for nothing UPS said the amount due was just under $100. Since this is such an unpredictable circumstance, I wouldn't count on that being an accurate amount.

Amazed that this is 3 days from leaving Shanghai! UPS working overtime, right through the holidays.

Another data point FWIW- which is not much as there seems to be quite a bit of random variation.... I purchased a bass through the 'Verb at the end of July this year. The instrument was made in Poland and shipped from the UK, price was about $2500. I expected to get hit with some kind of tariff but did not. Logic has left the building.

It's apparently on the truck and out for delivery between 4 & 6 today. And of course I have to leave at 3:30 for my 5:30 gig! I left a note for the driver, who has been here MANY times before. I'll leave the lights on for him, and hopefully I will get home and find it in the breezeway.

The bass was just delivered. I can't believe how fast it made it from Shanghai on 12/23/2025, 12:35 P.M. and arrived in New Hampshire 12/26 at 11:59 A.M. It is in prefect condition. It is a 1980's OHSC Fernandes Revival rpb50 MIJ Precision. Red on red!
