Question & Answer
Q: Well, well well Isi, we meet again, I see hyper inflation is rampant in Staffordshire, the extortionate shipping cost now doubling to £100, £15.40p with Parcel Force 48, this is 'taking pecuniary advantage'? Let's have some details Isi and a price adjustment. Asking two grand for a bass that most people have never heard of and ripping folk off on the shipping charges is not in the spirit of e-Bay, will you please REVISE. I see from the new posting that your rudeness hasn't abated and you are now calling me the 'Old Geezer' I truly don't know what to make of you, you'll NEVER sell the bass as it stands, you're wasting money on e-Bay fees and being insolent to anyone who asks you genuine questions, we have all heard of the Staffordshire bull terrier.... are you the Staffordshire bull sh****r by any chance? Really pleased to have met you Isi...I only meet someone like you once a year, now I know I'm clear for another 12 months. Look forward to your next snot-mail. Kevin All the best. Mar-29-09
A: Well, well, well Moriarty - once again we do battle with my old arch enemy and deadly foe KevinOldGeezer. What twisted, evil-genius plan is he hatching now, I wonder? Is he going to report me to E-Bay for, er, attempting to sell something in one of their auctions? Or is he more evil than we give him credit for? Perhaps he works for the postal office, his knowledge of the workings of that evil empire seems to be unbounded. Get me my hat, cane and little silver spoon Moriarty, for we have important business to attend to.....
Q: Lovely finish on the body for a '74 - is it original.......bob. Mar-29-09
A: "Lovely finish on the body" About as 'original' as Pammy Andersons t!ts! Please don't ask any more stupid questions - you are wasting your time (which you appear to have way too much of) and mine (which is extremely valuable). Thanks for viewing the listing etc. etc.
...makes me think maybe an unscrupulous US seller sold it to him (in Ireland) on the premise that the bass was all-original, and it's not, so now he's posting goofy listings with it out of resentment.Originally purchased by an idiot from an idiot in CA.

You can find sellers under 'advanced search', then type in the sellers name.
But I haven't seen any auctions from t-o-m for a while. With the vintage market down, he knows to just sit a weather out the economy than give away vintage fenders at less prices in an auction.
You can find him on gbase however... Invalid Link Removed
