5er with The Thinnest Neck?

I know the Ibanez SR and EHB have 19.5mm at 1st fret and 21.5mm at 12th fret, Yamaha TRBX is about 1cm thicker. What other 5ers also have paper thin necks? I wish the Geddy Lee has a 5 string version but sadly there is none

While I don't have the actual measurements and don't have the bass in front of me, a Tune Bass has a super thin neck (in terms of thickness) in comparison to even an Ibanez SR bass. I have samples of both, and my Tune TWX bass is noticeably thinner. I happen to have a pic I took a while back comparing the body thickness to that of my EBMM SUB Ray as not only is the neck thin but so is the body. The Tune bass is on the right.

Thinnest front-to-back would probably be the Ibanez SR or Soundgear or whatever they were called at the time the particular bass was made. They're about the shallowest (a better decriptive term for me to describe that dimension) I've ever handled. Some other Japanese basses seem to tend to be similar.

Slimmest side-to-side would probably be Music Man in my experience. Those strings are too close together for me to even be able to effectively play them, but I'm a 4-string guy, so my opinion mostly doesn't matter.

Warwicks from '09 on have necks that are 20mm and 24mm at the 1st and 12th frets, respectively (according to posts here and here).
I had a couple Warwicks from the 90s and they also had fairly thin necks. Do you happen to know how the newer ones comapre to the old ones? thank you

Are you talking about "thin" or "narrow"?

Thin/thick = front to back.
Narrow/wide = nut width and string spacing at the bridge.
