I've got late 60s B15N that I borrowed and guy has broken two d-shaft pot endings. Tried to glue them, but no success. I looked at fliptops.net and they do not have replacements. Is there any place I can buy them?

Yes but both I found are not exact replacements. It has different connections (flipped) and asd they say - they are for new SVT-CL/AVs not 70s Ampegs. That one above posted by Ric Vice is close, but has metal D-shaft ending (should be plastic) and its linear. I'm searching for Treble/Bass 1 MEG audio taper/log pot.
They Fliptops lists two 1 meg log pots with a D-shaft
This one has a plastic D-shaft but is spec'ed for modern SVTs. The notes say it can be used on vintage amps but it must be inverted . 1 Meg Log Taper D-shaft Pot, Short Tine Oem# 70-105-12 - Product Details
This one has a metal D-shaft. The notes say best replacement for 70s era; just extend the leads. 1 Meg Log D-shaft Potettiometer - Product Details
