My condolences on the loss of your wife. My wife is a cancer survivor going on 16 years now.
Sounds like you are excited about this bass which is good. I have owed a CAR 1967 Fender Coronado II since I was a kid and my excitement for my bass has never dwindled.
When I came to TB, I found that many TBers do not like this bass, and for the life of me, I don’t know why because it’s one of my favorite basses to play.
So, if you feel this way about yours, you will never sell it, I know I won’t.
