70’s SG/EB Bass - Mfg?

Only marking on this bass is a Y on the back of the neck. I know this is a Japanese made “lawsuit era” bass. But based on that marking, any ideas as to the manufacturer? Greco? Penco? Burny?

Good luck! The body shape and pickguard are a little unusual.
That pbass pickup cover over the bridge doesn't look like it was stock. The bridge is also pretty funky. It looks like part of a guitar bridge was used. The intonation must be off with it angled in the wrong direction!
The pickups and machine heads look like standard MIJ 60's/70's parts.
Is the body solid or plywood?
