800rb problem

Hopefully I am posting this in the right spot, if not please excuse me its my first time. I recently bought a used GK 800RB, honestly its my dream amp, but I have noticed a couple of things, when I turn the amp on it seems to take a couple of secs to a minute before any sound comes out of the amp is this normal? Also and here is the real problem, tonight and the other night at a gig everything was fine then no sound.... no sign if anything just nothing, it wasnt hot it just stopped, I checked all my cables, bass, cabs and everything was fine except the nothing was coming out of the amp, I turn the now and clicked buttons still nothing until I turned off the amp for a few secs, turned it back on and then had to wait +-20 sec and then the amp came back on, has anyone had this issue, any suggestions. please help.

I fixed my 400RB-III by cleaning jacks.
I took mine apart and cleaned the pots
as well as the jacks. It fixed it right up,

Sure sounds like an effect return jack problem.
