80s Fender Pickguards?

So I'm about to acquire an 83 MIA Fender P-bass in a trade deal finalized here at talkbass

I was curious if anyone knew where to find aftermarket/official pickguard replacements for 80s Fender basses? They have an unusual screwhole pattern, (as you can see here http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Precisio...14&_trkparms=72:1419|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318) there is one extra. I want to get a tortoiseshell guard. Am I going to have to go custom, or does anyone have experience with 80s Fenders?

Why not just get a standard pickguard and not worry about screwing an extra screw?

I'm mainly worried about whether or not a standard american pickguard will fit - I guess that makes my main question - if someone knows for a fact they don't, where can I get one that does?
