Hi Folks,
First off I don't really want to sell this bass but I really could use the money and a few other listings I have aren't selling. This bass is the real deal; it's not a Fender Custom Shop Model. It has:
*2-band 18V pre-amp with additional 6-way tone selector (3 passive modes, 2 active modes, and defeat)
*Drop D extender
*Kubicki-patented bridge with fine tuning adjustments
*32 inch scale with ebony fret board and a 21-laminate maple neck for ultimate stability
*23 frets in excellent condition
The bass is seafoam green and has a number of dings and paint chipping but all electronics and hardware work perfectly. The sound of this bass is great. It's very fun to play and it's a slap monster. I normally use the 2 active modes on the 6-way selector -- one is set up to scoop the mids for a great slap/funk tone and the other is really warm sounding that is great for finger style. You don't see these on talkbass very often.
I'm asking $1400 shipped
