Like Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy?![]()
Well, from looking at their site, I can't seem to find anything stating that they aren't liable for any misinformation or pricing mistakes made on the site. So, technically, I believe they are required to sell you the bass at that price, or else they could be in some potentially deep doodoo.

Not really. They'd win.
Yeah, don't get your hopes up.

I can dream, right?

Evan is sad![]()
if u can dream it, u can...um...[INSERT PROPER ADJECTIVE HEAR] it
except in this case where you're pretty much screwed...

I don't think I'm too screwed, since it's out of stock I don't think my order will actually go through. But it it does, I will most ceratinly be returning it, unless the Gods take pity on me and only let them charge me what's on my invoice. Wouldn't that be the day![]()

may be perhaps its a scale model???![]()

You know instead of starting your first thread and post on TB, you may have considered being a decent human being
and sent an email to the guys over at The Groove Shoppe to alert them of a possible error on their website.
I'm not impressed by your decision to say the least.

They don't HAVE to do anything. Most places do that as a matter of good customer service, but esp. in a scenario like this they are not required to sell anything. Maybe people who bought it for $1 would complain, but most people are going to be like, "Well, of course they didn't sell you that Lakland for $1."
