As you have not gotten any replies. Why are you asking a bunch of bassists this question? I did a Google - and got $300 to $4,000.

How is it, functionally? There are plenty of Hammonds out there that look mint, but need extensive/expensive service to be worth owning.

I've performed service music on classic Hammonds in two churches--neither instrument had a Leslie or reverb, and both sounded awful. I turned down future work at those locations...
