MLB 2026

Welcome! We've been expecting you.
(Tho it ain't over till its over.)
Forgot to mention Skubal. Took him four starts to get a win but he didn't really pitch bad the first three. After yesterday's shaky first inning he took care of business. Roberts said Skubal went into "bully mode" the rest of the way.

That kid Thomas they called up to cover for Pages has done well too. An RBI in each of his first two games.

Tucker and Betts seem to have shook their slumps as well.

Tough way to end the series in NY yesterday, but overall it was a successful two week stretch. 8 wins and 5 losses in 13 games against the Red Sox, Yanks, and Rays was satisfying.

There are 30 games left on the schedule for the Jays. I don't think any of the teams left on the sched have better than .500 records. Not to say that they will be easy wins, but they are teams that the Jays should be capable of handling if they play it right. Only 1.5 games back in the Wild Card race. Keep stacking together series wins and let's see what happens.

After a series loss to the Royals this week, including a blowout last night, my hopes for the Jays to play for the third Wild Card spot are rapidly fading 😮‍💨 Injuries keep happening (this time Bieber), the lineup keeps struggling to put up runs. It just isn’t working this season. Also Cleveland won’t stop winning so maybe nobody can catch them anyways. This weekend the M’s come to town to figure out which team has been more of a disappointment this season 🥲
