For Mom, With Love by Latee and the Triage:
I started in earnest on DB about a year ago, and started working with Latee and the Triage a couple months ago.
A little more than two weeks ago, Latee called and said she wanted to record a Christmas record. We cranked it out in a week, and managed to get it on the streaming services before Christmas.
Three of the six tunes are standard form vocals with jazz trio; the other three are voice, piano and arco bass. The whole thing pushed me, but especially the bowed parts. I'm in tune for part of it at least! I even sang a little. Some of my singing was even in tune! (It's ok because Latee's voice carries the whole record.)
