A DI with a Parallel Out that isn't on the right side

It doesn’t have a parallel (clean) output.
Which blows me away that it doesn’t...

Mo parallel out is a deal breaker for me.

Sushibox is developing a new one with one.

MXR M81 bass preamp. Small form factor and both parallel and DI both on the left.
MXR® BASS PREAMP
This was the one leading the pack for me when I Started thinking of this. The only thing is that if you turn it on, the 1/4" is NOT bypassed... it is colored by the preamp. I confirmed that with Dunlop on Tech Support this morning. But I may be more willing to make that compromise.

Jig Man has a decent solution. I was going to suggest making or buying a patch bay. I did this on a board I used not too long ago because access to the XLR and the 1/4 out was stupid.

I cut off that Hosa cable and soldered on a 1/4" jack onto the end of it and threaded it into the top of my board. You could also just use a 1590LB and 2 1/4 inch jacks.
