Double Bass A good battery powered condenser mic??

Does anyone here have a good recommendation for a quality battery-powered condender mic? I have a series 2 Contra without phantom power, so I wanted to find a mic that was suitable for DB without having to run extra cables.

Any clues??

The AKG C1000s is a great mic and takes an internal 9V.

Audio Technica ATM 350. It has an external 9v power supply and sounds great with DB.

the new Vektor is a condensor mic with a 9V phantom power supplied by battery. sounds like it would meet your needs. there's a thread here "New Vektor" that you might look into.
