A Good Head Cab that i can get for about400$

Since it doesn't sound like you'd necessarily 'need' and amp if it wasn't for this event at school, I'd suggest trying to rent one.

If you are serious about a rig for about $550.00, (3 year warranty when new) Me thinks you owe it to yourself (and others here) to go and check out the "New" Acoustic B200H Head and B410 Cab if there's a GC you can get to (they just got them in, I've already put money down on a set myself
). Of course make sure you grab a decent bass, or take your own and maybe even your own "known good cord", GC is infamous for leaving the bad ones laying around.
I can almost garauntee, you will be blown away... I Sh** you not, when you compare it to anything in it's price range. Curious to know what you think? if you do.
