Hi Guys
Looking to buy a new mixer to go with some powered speakers. Can't decide between the above two mixers. A&H is nice and simple, has USB conectivity (not essential but nice to have), is nice and compact, and I can get it for €266 inc case. The Soundcraft has 8 mic inputs, Lexicon effects, no USB, and i could get it for €334 inc case.
The band plays small gigs, but with the occasional outdoor gig in the summer. We uaually only put vocals through the PA ans possibly thr bass drum, with backline carrying th rest. The quandry is: do we go for the A&H as this is what we currently NEED, or do we go for the potential flexibility of the Soundcraft, you know, just in case.....?
Opinions greatly appreciated.
