I noticed you used the expression "railed." The characters in the book use that expression. Did you get that from the author or is it something you normally say?

The squiggle line means "approximately equal to".

Regarding A3, the 3 is a subscript -- not a superscript. As such, it means the 3rd element is the set of A{}.

Note: CS people would say that it represents the 4th element, but mathematicians start subscripts at 1 -- not 0.

I believe the reference is God is One and not Three ... and should be rendered A ≠ A3 (the 3 is a superscript).
