What would happen if a major music event, like the Grammys, asked a some major NFL players to come on stage and mime a sack as part of an effort to pull in more viewers? Would they do it?

Wait, the superbowl half time show is... fake????
I would have never guessed! I'm pretty sure the game is fake too, but that's another thread...
They must have offered them a ton of money. And I find it hard to believe that they didnt think to plug in their wireless. Shows like that have 1000 people working on every little facet of everything. For someone to oversee that... i don't see how. It must have been deliberate, but why?
I get it.
When I go to the circus, and a magician cuts a young woman in half, I don't expect her to actually have been cut in half.
You just killed the buzz. I'm switching from bass to guitar.
How dare those millions of ignorant people forget about the bass player?
In this day, people are happy to see "fake".
Recently watched a Monkees show on Smithsonian Channel...as one of the taalking heads on this programme alluded-
...back then, it was a travesty, a crime, a pulling the wool over the public's eyes, etc to fake it...nowadaze, it's OK.
Funny all these guys who are so against this halftime-synch-ery are those that would probably never, in any circumstances, be asked to to this.
If the NFL came to me and said, "Jimmy, we want you to do the halftime show at the Super Bowl...but you can't play live," I woulda said "HELL YEAH!" in a heartbeat.
But, then I guess I'm just a sell-out.
Better than being an idiot.
