There's a few others marked at 1M. Some have a NFS (Not For Sale) note attached. I'm assuming that the price indicates they're part of the owners personal collection, but he'd sell if the price was right.

I run across something similar, but opposite, here, where an obviously expensive instrument is listed for €1. Which I have since learned is code for "make an offer."

Have you ever seen those videos where people stand on one leg right on the edge of very tall buildings, climb sky-scraping radio masts, or do untethered pull-ups from a 50 storey crane? The sort that give you that uneasy feeling in the pit of your guts, and make your palms sweat?

Well, that's how these pictures make me feel. My bass cost 700€ (second hand, admittedly) and I would NEVER set it down on an abrasive concrete floor, or lean it up against a scratchy brick wall.

Especially if I was trying to sell it.

For a million dollars.

just saw his current listing for the bass on reverb down to $9999 from a million guess he has recovered from the virus LOL. still overpriced.
