A new rig

I am currently after a new rig and i do not know what to go for. I mainly play rock and metal (Metallica,Megadeth, Iron Maiden,Sabbath & Iced Earth to stuff like Avengedsevenfold:eyebrow: and Misfits), and i mainly want a clean, bright tone with a wide variety in tones. I am using a Peavey 5string and want something that will handle the bottom end quiet well and still be a clear/clean sound (will use pedals with this from time to time)

I have no more that £1000 for my rig and possibly dont want to go that high, so i could possibly get a few new EHX nano pedals :) i've been looking at the Ashdown Superfly and gk gear, but im open to anything. heads or pre/power setup. so basically want something along the lines of:

1- less than £1000
2- clean/clear/bright tone
3- powerful
4- Effect loop?
5- plenty of low end
6- solid gear
7- bridge-able (for further expantion eventually?)

what will fit this list nicely?

I second the others who suggested GK,they make some great gear that is high quality, easy to crate to gigs and sounds really nice.

I just don't think you can go wrong with GK, and I think its well within your price range, if 1000 pounds equals $1,880.00, or so, dollars.

Thanks for all the input guys. I think im leaning towards GK, Peavey and MarkBass. I think i'll make my final choice when i actually have all my money in hand (roughly a weeks time). Also, if i don't go for Markbass, im pretty sure i will be able to afford two cabs, a 115 & 410 would be the best option for what i want right?

Hey, sorry to bring this thread back up, but what do you guys think of this rig. I think it would be awsome for a rig around the 1000K mark, but i just want opinions.

BBE pre
Behringer EP 2500 power
Behringer Tuner
Behringer FB eliminator
Warwick 411
Warwick 211
Warwick 115

(A mix of the cabs, not sure which yet and eventually getting rid of all Behringer)
