A second SVT 210 AV or a new cab?

Hello, I'm posting my question here because I don’t want to open a new thread and this might fit in here.

Can someone clarify this for me? The Ampeg manual for the SVT 210 AV says this:
„You can use the output jack to connect a second speaker cabinet in parallel. This will present a total load of 4 ohms to the amplifier (maximum power input = 400 watts rms into 4 ohms).“

The box itself nevertheless is rated at 200 watts at 8 ohms. I wonder how the box seems to be able to handle 400 watts when daisy chained? If rated 200 watts, I assume, there are two hundred watt speaker in it and thus the box shouldn’t be able to work with 400 watt right? Am I’m getting something wrong here?

I’m asking because I considering using a second SVT 210 AV with my Aguilar Tone Hammer 350 but I think if I throw the 350 watts at 4 ohm of the Tone Hammer at the two 210s it’s too much for them. I know the classic "use your ears and you'll here if the cabs distort"-tipp, but I prefer to be on the safe side and just have a matching amp/cab-combination because at least live it's not always that easy to judge of I overdrive the cab.

Hopefully this will help:

When identical speakers are connected in parallel they see the same voltage.

Let's figure out the voltage required for 200W at 8 ohms.

Formula is V = sq rt(PZ)
Where:
V = voltage
P = power
Z = impedance

V = sq rt(200 x 8) = 40V

So if you have one 8 ohm cab and it sees 40V, it will dissipate 200W. If you connect a second 8 ohm cab and the voltage stays at 40V, both cabs dissipate 200W. This assumes the amp can deliver 40V at 4 ohms

Two 8 ohm cabs connected in parallel = 8/2 = 4 ohms. Let's calculate the wattage dissipated when a 4 ohm load sees 40V.

Formula is P = (V^2)/Z

P = (40^2)/4 = 400W

So total power at 4 ohms is 400W, but each 8 ohm speaker dissipates 200W.
