Account unable to make posts or PMs

Hi, my normal TB account Hotratz seems to be having a problem. I can't post to any forums, and I can't send any PMs. The Forum Posting Rules at the bottom of each page always say I 'May Not' do everything. Did I do something wrong, or is it just a software muckup? Any help would be appreciated.
