It was supposed to be released in april 2008. I called and asked and it was supposed to be priced in june 2008. He said he will let us know last tuesday but I was told to take it easy and eat some kind of a hillbilly potato or something. So don't ask what the price is. There is so many impressive stuff that i see coming out of NAMM that I don't care anymore. The way the economy is worldwide price is a big variable to contend with so i guess he is alittle afraid as to what to price it. I am seeing alot of great stuff coming out of Epifani, Markbass, TC electronics..... Did you see the modulars that you can get with markbass. wow. POP OUT's... Great idea. You can make your own style pre's. I love Accugroove and what he stands for. A little guy who can stand with the big guys and I like that. But i feel he should get the idea out and grow with it. Make a Synergy 2 or 3 or 4. OK I like the idea you make it right the first time and you don't have to do it again. But things are changing all the time and getting alot better too. This Namm seems to really hit its mark with making great and new stuff to attract buyers. You come out with the same year after year you are not impressed but somehow what i have seen so far i am really excited of what is coming out this year. Great idea's for the new amps and instruments.
I hope the synergy is a hit. I do but he should had put it out last year and made a 2 this year or next. Trying to get even somewhat the price is like pulling teeth. But Ok I shop for that potato at YOKE's.

I got a chance to play through one at NAMM and they are all that. Regarding him not releasing one sooner, I applaud him for not going the route of Microsoft and other major companies that release a product before it's ready i.e. Xbox 360 and Vista, and then having to release patches, update, etc. Mark told me that he would not do that to the bass playing public - release a piece of crap and then try to fix it later. It's refreshing to see that kind of attitude these days.

I'm not sure of the price either...couldn't afford one so it doesn't matter much...but the Synergy has a studio grade pre, handless 1100W @ 4 ohms and is 2 ohm stable. Judging by the prices of his cabs, I would say they are probably going to be expensive, but well worth it.

well. it seems as though the Synergy and of course all of the cabs are in fact 'The Bomb'!! :bassist::bassist:

just got word from a very reliable source who had a chance to hear them in action and said that it's all a thing of beauty.

possibly a little too clear and unforgiving for those with bad technique but the things apparently sound fantastic!!

ahhh.... now let the bloating begin... GASssssssssss
