Acid pro 4.0 vs. Cool edit

Which do you prefer and why? I use Acid for recording and such, as it is very simple, and generally gets good results. Many drum loops available on the net as well.

I've heard a lot about cool edit, and was wondering how they are in comparison?

I really like Acid Pro 4.0 man... Well, actually with what I know how to do... I don't really know how to do anything with it... I should really read the manual. But it is a good program. Never tried Cool Edit...

Cool Edit is very popular, simply because there are tons of demo versions, and crackz, warez out there.

Acid is much better.
