Discovered Invalid Link Removed a few of months ago and finally purchased the Modular Track. They have 3 standard sizes but since it is a modular system they offer special configurations which are essentially alternate configurations of the standard sizes with a few options that are not standard. I got a Special Size 66x46 cm which would be comparable to the PT3 size.

Unbox all of the parts. Pretty impressive build quality. These are structural aluminum extrusions with anodized finish (hard coat?) available in black, orange and blue.

Board assembled. All fasteners are included to make the assembly which was a real treat to put together. I wanted an all-orange board but the upper track was only available in black at the time I ordered so I went with it. Looks pretty cool, in fact I think the side rail for the main board would look better with the black as well, using the orange tracks as a contrast.

Board with the Velcro added. There is a small lip where the side rails go slightly over the tracks, so I had to disassemble the board to add the Velcro. The tracks actually have a groove that is just the width of the Velcro to make a smooth application. I contemplated not adding the Velcro but in the end fastening the effects to the board makes cable routing underneath so much easier.

Simple but incredibly convenient – no lining up holes or templates, no drilling – a wrench to tighten the nuts is all that is needed. I positioned the power supply towards the side for better access to the power supply mains jack, which is just accessible between the main and upper track brackets (not sure how well this would work for a Voodoo type supply with the mains jack on the back of the supply...). The tidy cable clips are also very easy to use as they clip into the t-slots of the extrusions, no adhesive or other fastening device is required. If there is any gripe, it would be that the clips only accommodate horizontal alignment of the cables and there is no good way to secure cables running between the tracks “vertically”. But I have mine set up fairly well with the cables secured nicely.

Finished board is very clean with a ton of room. Compared to the Pedaltrain and other similar boards, the tracks are wider which is nice for Zvex type pedals or MXR type pedals mounted sideways as there is plenty of space and it doesn´t feel unbalanced. However, the space between the tracks is also wider so small micro pedals would hang on by the edges only if installed vertically.
The board was a real blast to put together and would love to get another for my guitar board.
They also offer other board styles such as the Smart Track that uses a very clever clamp style fastening system that does not require Velcro or mounting a special fixing piece to the pedal like Temple Boards.
