Those are almost literally earthquake machines. I knew a guy had one back in high school, and at a rehearsal for a school concert, and it shook the floor of the auditorium!
I would love to have one, especially for only $300, but, I had to help my friend move his up a long set of stairs to a rehearsal space at a warehouse. No way I could ever do that again, especially now. But it's a great amp.
