congrats on a nice score. Nothing like vintage ACC. (check avatar < ). Ditto on finding a ACC cab to put with it.
these where pretty cool amps ... had one in the late 70's early 80's ... and a good 'workout' to carry it around ... played mine thru 2 2/15 cabs ... cool find and deal ... !!

I would expand it from the late '60s through the early '80s. That would get you all of the 360s and all of the 320s.
Altogether now: WHAT A STEAL!!!
They work well with the 301 cab.

When I had one, my favorite way to end the night's last set was to hit an open E and turn the amp off...
I plan on keeping it at least for now. I gave it another go last night this time I used my P with flats and man is it punchy and fat. I messed with the knobs and sliders a little and I think some of the scratchyness? got worked out. I don't know how long it sat unplayed but I plan on opening it up and hitting the pots an sliders with a little deoxit anyway. That 50hz on the eq really shakes the ground even with the 8x10. I did discover that the slider that is missing a knob doesn't seem to work. It sounded like it worked a little at the store but I had to kinda jiggle it around. Hopefully it's just real dirty and some cleaning will fix it but I'll take a look at it when I open it up. The only other plans are to reglue some tolex and clean it up.

I still do that when I'm using the old ones. It's an unintentional effect, but it's great!
I opened it up it's not as dusty as I expected but it's gonna be hard to get to those pots and sliders. I guess i'm showing how young I am but I don't think I've ever opened up a piece of electronics and seen components that said made in the USA. Those are some big ass General Electric caps. I don't know if my power cord is a replacement but it's longer than a vacuum cleaner cord I'll never need an extension cord with this amp.
OK Gaolee - I'm speaking from personal experience, so I'm sure that you are correct in including the additional years.
The pots are pretty easy. Just pull the knobs and remove the nuts. Cut the black cable ties and remove the edge connectors. The pots, preamp board and bracket come out as a unit.
You can probably get a spray tube into the sliders from the front without removing them. I'd start with canned air to clear out any dust, then Deoxit.
They do look impressive, but if they need replacing, you can get modern caps with better performance that are half that size.
That looks like an early one, probably a '72. Great buy!

I'm showing my geekness a bit perhaps. My 360 stack was built in 1968 and the 320/408 stack is from about 1981 or so. Yeah, I'm splitting hairs.
My 370 had two dead sliders, turns out two inductors were open. If you search for threads by me you'll find how I replaced them with help from others on this site.
Thanks I looked up your thread and if cleaning the slider doesn't work I have a starting point for troubleshooting.
Total JEALOUSY! I had one in the '70s with the 371 cab (18" folded format, right?). I was working in a post punk "new wave" band. What an incredible rig. I saw someone selling raw 371 style cabs online. Could be a great project. Anyway, the band broke up and I sold it in 1980 to buy an engagement ring! I still can't believe it. Still married though.
