Acoustic Amplification Bass Amp Combos

Seems like a nice sounding amp. What's the reputation like for current production Acoustic Amplification? I don't know much about them, other than they're pretty cool/retro looking.

There’s a soft spot in my heart for Acoustic, but I have to keep in mind that I’m pining over a rig that was super hawt in the late 60’s thru the entire 70’s: I was a proud owner of the famed Acoustic B360/361. It was a beast of an amp and my back is paying for it to this very day—after all, I weighed a whopping 160-165 and the 360/1 was around 155!

I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and projection of the 100w combo...but it weighed so much for an amp in that niche. It was also awkwardly shaped (allowing for tilting as a monitor and such), so I sold it. I really liked what it had to offer and at a price that matched in terms of value. (I recently heard two gear heads poo-pooing the Acoustic brand in general and felt that I had to remind them of my super experience with the brand, accounting for the switcheroo to Chinese manufacturing; never had a problem with either amp, with the Big Boy 360/361 lasting a solid 9 years of Fri-Sat weekly gigs at some raucous venues. Only had to replace a couple of tubes over the period. I’ve had similar positive experiences with Bugera cabs (I bought) and heads (didn’t buy because I didn’t need it) but that’s for another forum thread).
