Acoustic basses action height?

I've been messing with the truss rods after I changed strings on two 4 string acoustic basses. Now they've settled I'd appreciate advice on whether the action heights I have are in the ballpark. From the fingerboard to the bottom of the string at the 12th, they are:

1) Warwick Alien Standard (chunky frets, 32" scale) : E5mm (0.2") G 4.5mm (0.18")

2) Harley Benton B-30 fretless (typical budget Chinese made jumbo body 32" scale): E4.5 mm (0.18") G4mm (0.16").

Thanks, Max

I have no idea what that measures out to, I only know it's perfect. Slaps like a mutha. Pizz and sustain all day long, no fret noise. Sports LaBella tapes (I forget which bright I think copper) with a D'addario Chrome B.
I gig this bass almost exclusively in my duo act.

If its comfortable to play and no buzz then it is perfect for you. Don't get hung up on measurements.

If you need a lower action you have to remove the saddle from the bridge and sand it down (keep it flat) to where you want it, keeping in mind not to go too far otherwise you'll need another saddle and start all over again.

The truss rod is made to set neck relief and not string action.
