after nine months of shelving this project to plan another I had a great(I think) idea. why do a traditional acoustic bridge when I can do something like this:

these are parts lined up from my next build so I'm not using these parts on it, but it gave me the idea. the tailpiece and the separate saddles could divide the stress of the strings (maybe) at it arguably looks cooler than a regular bridge, too.

I will obviously cover the bare wood spotand I'll probly have to make the saddle myself since using part of a tune-o-matic bridge pictured seems cost inefficient
