Hi all, I own two AI heads (Focus SA and Clarus S4). My focus SA broke down after 11 years of hard work (2-3 gigs a week).I emailed Rick,he replied within a day.He repaired the amp with no charge,he even changed all the screws and the top cover looks brand new (not sure how he did that).just wanted to share.great amps,great company.

Rick Jones is a wonderful man. I recall asking him to repair something for me that was very old and he said "it's a very good warranty, just send it in I'll take care of it" and it came back quickly looking and sounding brand new.

I agree with you Geeyza. Last year my 10 years Corus R went on the blink. Did what you did. It's been running like a charm since. AI is GREAT.

Agreed: Acoustic Image offers the best service ever. I had to send in my Clarus SL2 for a defective phantom power voltage circuit and they did a great job in repearing it within warranty!

A few years ago, I bought a secondhand first-gen Contra extension speaker. It was poorly packed for shipping, and the woofer broke loose and destroyed itself in transit. Called Rick, who sent a replacement speaker and grille cross-country. No charge.
