I'm looking in to purchasing a AI Coda R and was wondering where might be the best (or closest) place to purchase one from, considering I live in British Columbia.

L&M is definitely a dealer -- I bought my Clarus through them. With competition from internet shopping these days, L&M's prices are right in line, too.

I'm still saving I'm struggling with the idea of getting an Upton or Czech Ease from Greg.

I would call Bob Gollihur at Gollihur Music. I believe that he is the largest AI dealer in the US. He is honest, helpful and ships fast. He seems to also have specials on AI products at times. For instance I purchased a factory custom 600 watt Coda R from him a couple of years ago at the end of the Series II run for the price of a standard 300 watt version.
