Double Bass Acoustic Image (incredible customer service)

Last month my 5 year old Acoustic Image Coda suddenly died...quick analysis pointed out a problem with the power amp. I contacted AI and Rick asked me to send it over. Guess what..?
The problem was fixed immediatly, free of charge and shipped fedex back to me (in Europe)...now that's customer service and standing by your product! Hats off to the people at Acoustic Image!

It's precisely for this reason that I'm so interested in the new Flex pre amp and powered cabinet that AI has in development. Only a small handful of bass amplifier companies have this kind of customer service record.
