Acoustic Model 406 2x15 cab for only 40 bucks!

Yeah my uncle got it from one of his friends and I tried it out it sounded perfect. I asked him how much and he said 40 bucks so I was like cool. Its from the late 70s or early 80s. Its in good condition and like I said sounds great. Its probably been sitting in someones garage for years. Does anybody know anything about it. Man it sounds real clean. 2x15s has a badass vintage tone. Ill post a pic tomorrow. Always gotta tell a deal.

This is a 406 (on the right).

I owned one back in the late 70's for a couple of years. It was a great cabinet, when driven by an Acoustic 220 head (pictured). Ultimately I chose to sell it and go back to using my tube rig.

I recently purchased an acoustic model 406 and it's awesome. However, I'm wondering if anyone here can answer a question for me. The cab is bought is the model 406 "narrow" as opposed to the model 406 "wide" that is pictured here. I can find information about the 'wide' on the internet confirming it being 200w 4ohm, but can't seem to find that rating for the 'narrow'. The guy I bought it from said it was 400w 4ohm, can anyone confirm or dispute this? Thanks
