Acoustic Remedy ClimaCase for Bass!

For the past weeks I've been writing to Adam from Acoustic Remedy talking up us bass players. I recently purchased the holy grail of Tobias pre-Gibson basses and I needed a real case / stand for it. I reached out to Adam about building me one and I got it today.

It is flipping sweet! The craftsmanship is top notch, fully functional, sealed, humidity control and from beautiful flame maple. My wife's says "It is beautiful". I mounted it to my bedroom wall but it came with a flame maple floor stand. It appears now he has made bass cases part of his product line:

I'm blown away, the wife is super happy and my bass is proudly displayed as well as highly protected.

First off, I am no way affiliated with Acoustic Remedy cases. I don't receive any discounts or commissions. IMPO they are the next thing to slice bread for high end basses! I have my mounted next to my bed so she is the first thing I see when I go to bed and first thing I see when I wake up. This has lead to so much more practice time. Super easy to take in and out the case. I live in Florida where the humidity is so high (main reason my main bass for years is a Status graphite neck thru body) that I found owning a wood neck bass a challenge. Every spring, boing! Their necks would bow and warp. This case humidity controls are great! Probably a must for dry climates as well. No more ugly hard shell cases in the closet with desiccant which means less playing time. Their customer support is great! I talked to Adam for about two months to get the case and wood right. The photos don't do the flame maple justice.

My budget doesn't allow me to own the super high end basses but it seems like a crime to pay for something like a Ritter or Fodera and not have an Acoustic Remedy case for it. Just seems like a no brainer. The case is hand crafted of fine woods and will last a lifetime. Seeing your bass in a well protected, stunning case is just inspiring. I have a couple more basses on my bucket list so I'm seeing more of this fine cases adorning the walls in the future.
