Any body here do any stage acoustics, or bar owners with any experience trying to reduce the bounce off windows?
A few of the bar owners we have setup sound/lights for have those huge bay windows that open up in the summer time. However in the winter the drummers back is to this window, amplifying the stage noise to sometimes intolerable levels. Passers by need to see the band - and the awesome new lights we installed(Per the owners request)- It helps to draw a crowd. So, I need some kind of partially see thru screen that will help reduce the noise, even if just a little. Any body know of anything, DJ table skirt etc.. that can be easily installed that can be set up and put away. Preferably somewhat classy too, perhaps somethin made for stage like a silhouette mesh screen or something else on a curtain rod? any ideas appreciated.
