Were I a patient man, I could probably find it in previous posts
However
What is a good medium action height
It's an Ibanez, regular length neck
I like pretending that I know what I'm doing
But
Knowledgeable advice comes in handy on occasion

There's another thread, a poster who recently got an expensive rackmount tuner, and discovered that all his notes weren't perfectly in tune, by increments too small to hear. My point: it's not the numbers.

Yes, adjust the action to what feels and plays best for you. Otherwise then you can go by the factory out of box figures since most companies use medium to medium low action as the default out of the box.
