ADAT

RME is going to be your best bet, though Echo and PreSonus both make cheaper units that have ADAT inputs.
 
Also, besides the RME cards, if you are staying on Windows XP or Vista and are not going 64 bit, and have a PCI slot, the Steinberg VSL 2020 card has some of the lowest latency available, and has 16i/o ADAT plus analog i/o, SPDIF, and MIDI all in one card. You can pick these up on ebay dirt cheap. It's abondonware, but if you're not gonna upgrade your PC, it'd be perfect.
